Red-shanked Douc Langur

    I am a Douc langurs. I live in the mid to upper levels of the canopy in rainforest. The diet of mine consists mostly of leaves high in fibers. Also I prefer to eat small, young and tender leaves, but will also eat fruit like figs, buds, flowers and bamboo shoots. The weather in here is very warm, wet and comfortable.  I have some hair on my body, and I don't need to worry about the weather, because it is warm in rainforest. My most enemies are people. They hunt me for food and body parts. Once I see human, I will use arms and legs to movee quickly through the forest along established routes. I often jump escape branch to branch noiselessly. If the rainforest is destoryed, I cannot live in other place. Because my families and I live here. Besides there are so many leaves that I can eat and there has good weather. I really love to live here. So I hope the people that don't destory the rainforest. Please.

Another expedition pg.9

    If I were the leader of another expedition across Australia, I will do a lot of research about Australia. For example, how long should we spend on travel and what is the weather in there and so on. In order to keep everyones life, it is the most important step that I should know as much as possible information about the Australia. After I have more information about Australia, I will select the partners who have many kinds of skills. Because the more skills your gourp member has the more success rate your group has. Before I begin the trip, I will make a detailed plan taht what we should do everyday and a detailed rule. The rule will be include that when we meet difference a few people must obey a majority. So the number of my group members must be odd. I think that asking aborigines for help is necessary too. Because only they know the real condition that I cannot know by the book. So this is my plan about the crossing Australia.

My introduction

My full name is Cheng Zhao. So my first name is Cheng. I am from the Beijing province, the capital of China. Although I am the only child in my family, I have seven cousins. I am the new people and I have been in Tempe for about 2 weeks. The Arizona State University is a research university. So there must be some advanced labs for students to make experiments and some progressive facilities for students to use. It really can promote my professional knowledge. After finishing the AECP program, I will keep learning my major-- Electrical engineer. I think that the most interesting thing that I have ever done is now--- go abroad to study by myself and come to The USA to study in ASU. Because I have not ever been to somewhere which is so far from my home by alone. I like to ski, but maybe I should go other area to ski since Arizona is too hot to keep the snow. Ok, that is all I want to say.
